SAVE THE ANIMALS!

It all started on a september morning when my teacher, Lori,shouted: "Okay,you guys!write this poem down in your journal!" we did as we were told, but that was not all she said: "then think of a way you could make the world a better place." the poems were written, so was mine, so i got into action. I thought about this. When I got home that day, I scrambled around my room, looking for a shoe box. As soon as i found one, i went downstairs, into the kitchen, grabbed a recipe card, a permenent marker, and went back up. In pencil, I wrote ENDANGERD ANIMAL FUND BY KAITLIN on the card. With the marker, i wrote on top of that. Then I put 50 c in the box. I taped the card n the lid. I took it to school the next morning, and told the whole class about my plan. Soon there was lot and lots of money in the box. In the last of september I took the box home. A few days before this, i was on the computer, looking for something to do. I happend to stumbell upon wwf adoptions. We had raised 50$, enough for 2 animals. I decided the I would adopt an okapi and a sea otter under the school's name. The school is very glad I did this. And you know what? so is mother nature.
